Pricing questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Simple plan is free forever. It includes 1 office, 2 desks, and 2 users — enough to try Deska with your core team before committing.
- What counts as a desk?
- A desk is any bookable seat you place on your floor plan. Hot desks, dedicated desks, and focus rooms all count toward your desk limit.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What is annual billing?
- Annual billing covers 12 months upfront. You get two months free compared to paying monthly — equivalent to a 17% discount.
- Do you offer a trial?
- Yes. You can start on the free Simple plan immediately with no credit card. When you're ready to upgrade, enter your company name and email — setup takes under five minutes.
- What is included in Enterprise?
- Enterprise includes unlimited offices, 200+ desks, a custom SLA, dedicated support, and optional integrations. Contact us for a quote based on your requirements.
